If you no longer require your product or it develops a fault, follow these 3 simple steps.
Send an email to rma@ARS-Solaris.com stating: Name: Order no: Reason for return:
STEP 2 You will soon receive an RMA number via email, and we'll contact you to arrange the best way to return of the goods.
STEP 3 Once we receive your items back we will then send your your replacement product. If you do need any more help either give us a call or contact our Customer services team.
